Women's Breast & Heart Initiative receives donation from ZCML

ZCML long time WBHI's community efforts

The Zonta Club of Miami Lakes donated $5,000 to their long time community partner, the Women's Breast & Heart Initiative (WBHI). This community-based outreach organization is dedicated to educating women about the importance of breast and heart health while providing them with the resources to beat breast cancer and heart disease. The WBHI's focus is on disease prevention and health promotion with goal of impacting present and future generations. Their intervention approaches center collaboration, civic engagement and social change values.

The ZCML is proud that 100% of our fundraiser profits are distributed to organizations that work to improve the status of women. We are proud that we can support organizations like the WBHI and their efforts to change the lives and empower out community members to live healthier, happier and more productive lives.
